At JAFARI we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact. 

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at JAFARI’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. JAFARI cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@jafariapparel.com, chat, or by calling us at 1 (949) 304-0453.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns.  No Exchanges. No Exceptions.  Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). 

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

Instructions for Sending Your Return Back to JAFARI

  1. Fill out the form below with your e-mail address and order number. 
  2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return.
  3. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
  4. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!
  5. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  6. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
